Winter is Here
No better way to shake off the sickness we had from the weekend before then by taking advantage of the great snow conditions and skiing every moment of it.
It was the ladies annual Petit Lake trip at the Sinnot cabin. Rachel and I did the day trip and enjoyed the beautiful views and conversation. My photos were terrible so if you would like to see some excellent photos from the trip see Sarah Sundby's blog here.
As I was taking my last run down Baldy and my legs were ready to give out I shouted to Zach, "I'm old!" He shouted back, "Your cold?" I was too tired to correct him and we just carried on.

9 Months
Our baby boy is 9 months today! I can't believe how much he has changed from when we first met him.
Some 9 month activities:
Crawling
Pulling himself up
Eating finger foods or anything else mommy puts on his tray (except fruit unless it's hidden)
Walking while holding onto furniture
Splashing in the bathtub (his favorite!)
Laughing at daddy
Helping turn the page while reading books
Waving bye-bye
Dancing
Pulling Lucy's tail
Kisses

Happy New Year 2012!
Zach and I attended the "Bubbly Bash" last night at River Run Lodge with friends to help ring in the New Year. Free champagne, photo booth, and a band from San Francisco made the evening go by quickly. Dax spent his first night away from mom and dad at Grandmother and Papa Nick's house. Thank goodness for family! All went well and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!
