It was a nice day for a 13.2 mile run over and around Sun Valley this past Sunday for the Sun Valley 1/2 Marathon. It took me 1hr 44min. Wow, are my calves sore today! But I'm happy I did it and completed it with my friend and new mother Davina! Way to bounce back in the game after little Owen was born Davin!

Good Job! Okay, you are getting me pumped for my marathon. Who is your new mom?? And she just had a baby? You have a brother now?
Davina is the new mother. She had a baby boy, Owen, the end of last September. This was her first race she entered after having her son.
